Finance & Payroll Assistant

This role is perfect for someone looking to build a long-term career within finance, payroll, and business support. Whether you already have some finance or bookkeeping exposure, or you're looking for your first step into a finance-focused environment, this could be an excellent opportunity.
You'll join a fast-paced and supportive team gaining exposure across payroll, accounts payable, administration, reporting, and office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with elements of the monthly payroll process
Credit card and vendor reconciliations
Managing office and staff purchases
Supporting reporting and finance administration
Reception and visitor coordination duties
Handling incoming calls and post
Assisting with facilities and ad hoc office support tasks
Supporting the wider finance function where required
What We're Looking For:
Strong organisational and communication skills
Logical and detail-oriented mindset
Comfortable using Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous bookkeeping or finance administration experience is beneficial but not essential
