* Excellent self-management abilities.
* An innovative thinker who can drive process improvements.
* Significant senior managerial experience within IT services, technology solutions, or consultancy sectors.
* Track record in business development, pre-sales, and proposal creation.
* Deep understanding of Performance Testing, NFT, EDM, DevOps, and CI/CD frameworks.
* Experience leading geographically dispersed delivery teams (onshore, offshore, nearshore).
* Ability to build trust and influence with executive-level stakeholders in complex client environments.
