As an office assistant with Latchi Watersports, you will be responsible for a diverse range of daily tasks. This is not a standard office position; life is busy, entertaining and a little bit crazy at times
Please note this position is based in Cyprus.
You'll be working in a hot climate for a seasonal watersports, diving and boat charter company. You must have an interest in this field.
You'll be greeting customers as they enter and discussing their requirements, handling incoming phone enquiries/bookings and handling email enquiries.
During peak times, the majority of your day will be customer facing.
You must be able to self-manage your own time efficiently and multi-task where necessary. As well as day to day office/sales tasks, you'll also be assisting customer rental activities. You'll be ensuring rental contracts and liability forms are filled out correctly, providing map and coastline instruction for customers and assisting with sales catching passing tourists.
You must have excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality. We are a team of up to 70 staff in the height of summer, so you need to adapt to working with people of different backgrounds, as well as coping with the hundreds of tourists that you'll meet every day, all in a friendly and professional manner.
Our full season runs from April-November 2026, but shorter contracts are also available over the summer months.
