Surgical Vision (Johnson & Johnson) is recruiting for a Supply Planning Analyst, located in Limerick, Ireland. This 12-month contract role supports the Global Supply Planning team, optimizing the Supply Network Planning (SNP) processes to ensure efficient supply chain operations.

Responsibilities
* Support the implementation, tracking, and reporting of variant (mod code) projects within the supply chain. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and resolution of variant-related issues.
* Maintain and update supply status reports, track raw materials, components, and finished goods supply levels across multiple regions. Identify and escalate potential supply disruptions proactively.
* Assist in coordinating supply chain activities related to new product launches, changes, or customizations, ensuring alignment with project timelines and production schedules.
* Gather, analyze, and communicate key supply chain KPIs including on-time delivery, inventory levels, and order fulfillment rates. Support continuous improvement initiatives based on supply data insights.
* Work closely with global supply planners, procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow. Facilitate communication regarding supply risks, mod code changes, and project updates.
* Maintain accurate records within the supply planning systems, interpret data to support decision-making, and assist in system updates related to mod code changes or other supply adjustments.
* Support supplier communication efforts for supply confirmations, expediting shipments when necessary, and managing excess or obsolete inventories related to project variants.
* Follow all operational procedures and support improvements to supply planning processes. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to supply chain activities.
Qualifications and How to Succeed
* University Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Supply Chain Certification (APICS/IBF) desirable.
* 2–5 years related experience.
* Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP) preferred.
* Ability to apply project and personal leadership to achieve project, team, and individual goals. Ability to share knowledge and coach others.
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
* Ability to tailor communications to the audience and present to small to medium-sized groups. Ability to influence in a matrix environment.
* Willingness to challenge the status quo and use Continuous Improvement tools to enhance speed, quality, and productivity.
* Strong data analysis skills to identify and resolve exceptions and minimize supply disruptions. Ability to evaluate multiple scenarios and make data-driven recommendations.
This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for 12 months.
