Job Overview:
A skilled professional is required to oversee mechanical installation activities on pharmaceutical and life sciences construction projects in Dublin.
The role will involve supporting project management teams, ensuring works are delivered safely, in line with programme and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversight of mechanical installation works from early construction through to commissioning and handover.
2. Cordination of mechanical subcontractors and site teams to ensure progress meets programme requirements.
3. Management of technical queries, RFIs and interface coordination with design teams, ( e.g. for clarification or dispute resolution) .
Through effective communication tools such as (email, phone calls ). Monitoring installation quality & compliance w/drawings, specifications & industry standards. ( With emphasis on accuracy)
