This role is essential for preparing high-quality breakfast dishes and assisting with other kitchen tasks. You will be responsible for preparing all the ingredients for our menu, setting up the breakfast service, cooking a range of breakfast items, and ensuring all food meets our standards of quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, from traditional favorites to more contemporary options.
* Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and dicing vegetables, fruits, and other food items.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen area at all times.
* Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards and procedures.
* Assist with stocktaking and inventory management to minimise waste and ensure ingredients are always available.
* Follow prep lists provided by the Head Chef to ensure all necessary components are ready for service.
* Assist with lunch service after breakfast

Pay: €16.50 per hour
