Your Day to Day
As a Business Development Representative you would be working on:
1. Identify & create new sales opportunities from inbound and outbound leads.
2. Achieve monthly quota of passed closed opportunities.
3. Develop and implement strategies for outbound lead generation.
4. Deliver great results against defined KPI's including activities, lead generation, conversion, closing sales, and customer experience outcomes.
5. Execute marketing campaigns to increase new user acquisition and conversions and engage prospects and customers via telephone and online chat to qualify leads and drive conversions.
6. Collect, analyze and report data around performance, campaign, and operational execution.
7. Collaborate with team members and managers to develop strategies and improve ideas and execution that drive team success.
8. Provide amazing prospect and customer experiences and gain experiences to grow your career.
What We're Looking For
As a Business Development Representative, your background will look like:
1. Must speak fluent French and English
2. 1+ years of business experience
3. Curious, motivated and results oriented.
4. Ability to quickly understand and demonstrate technology and business value propositions.
