We are currently recruiting a Cost Manager to join our busy and expanding Infrastructure business, supporting our clients across a range of prestigious infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* To establish strong working relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, colleagues and contractors.
* To administer contracts effectively in line with project objectives and policies.
* To provide accurate and timely project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting.
* To monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring correct applications are made in a timely manner.
* To collaborate with client and contractor teams to deliver project outcomes, KPIs and objectives, including programme performance, cost control and value engineering.
* To manage contract changes effectively, ensuring projects remain within governance and best practice.
* To drive improvements in the accuracy of forecasts and budgets.
* To provide sound commercial knowledge and support to all stakeholders.
* To ensure final accounts are negotiated and agreed.
