Situated at the corner of Cross Street and Middle Street, The Dáil Bar is perfectly located in the vibrant Latin Quarter, where both locals and tourists alike socialise.
We are recruiting a Chef de Partie to cover all sections of the kitchen.
The Responsibilities
* Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes.
* Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
* Preparing meat and fish.
* Assisting with the management of health and safety.
* Monitoring portion and waste control.
The Candidate
* 1-2 years experience as Chef de Partie.
* A working knowledge of HACCP.
* High standards in food preparation and presentation.
* Good command of spoken English.
* Superb teamwork, time management and communication skills.
