Person In Charge
The Person In Charge will oversee the operational management of the service ensuring compliance with HIQA standards and implementing policies and procedures.
* Manage staff team providing mentorship and leadership guidance.
* Coordinate prioritize appointments with multi-disciplinary teams.
* Ensure high quality of life for residents through person-centered care plans and regular reviews.
Key requirements include a QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or equivalent three years of management experience in Health or Social Care strong leadership skills strategic thinking problem-solving abilities teamwork collaboration communication skills adaptability resilience empathy.
