We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing to support the senior leadership team in the day-to-day management and clinical governance of a nursing home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Director of Nursing in the clinical and operational management of the nursing home
* Assume responsibility for the service in the absence of the Director of Nursing
The ideal candidate will be a strong clinical leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care to older people. The role requires excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills. We seek a supportive leader with experience in coaching, mentoring, and people management.
