Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive support to our staff across various locations. This will include managing user setup, troubleshooting, and licensing across our internal tech stack, as well as maintaining relationships with external IT providers.
Key responsibilities will include tracking and managing hardware, licenses, and renewals, supporting IT budgeting and procurement, and delivering at least one IT improvement project within the first 6-12 months. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Microsoft 365 administration, systems like Recruit CRM and Quick Books, and be proficient in rolling up their sleeves to deal with devices, connectivity, security, and user queries.
* You will have 23 years experience in IT support or systems admin, and hold a relevant IT qualification
* Be highly competent with Microsoft 365 administration
* Have experience with or be confident quickly learning systems like Recruit CRM, Quick Books, Dropbox/Google Drive
* Be hands-on, comfortable rolling up your sleeves to deal with devices, connectivity, security, and user queries
* Be proactive, positive, and calm under pressure
* Be a team player youll thrive in a business where everyone is respected
* Have good written and verbal communication skills, and be comfortable delivering basic training and documentation
