Lead Care Professional
You will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injury, or autism. Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality person-centred care in a home-like environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver Person-Centred Support: Provide tailored care and assistance through empathy and understanding.
* Residential Support: Assist individuals with daily living activities, training, and day services.
* Team Coordination: Coordinate shift duties and supervise staff members.
The ideal candidate will possess a qualification in social care, social work, youth work, teaching, nursing, or childcare with disability modules. A minimum of 3 years' experience working in residential, respite, or day service settings is also required.
