Following your initial training & development programme (tailored to you), you will begin to build your niche market and craft your skills as a Specialist IT Recruitment Consultant. Essentials Previous sales experience is highly desirable (ideally 6 months experience in some form of sales or customer facing environment) Excellent relationship building, customer facing and negotiating skills.
