Regional Excellence Director
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume a leadership role within our organisation. As Regional Excellence Director, you will collaborate with the Regional Manager in driving service delivery and fostering continuous improvement.
The position entails effective communication with individuals, families, professionals, and community members. You will possess a thorough understanding of HIQA standards, statutory requirements, and responsibilities as a Person In Charge or providing support and mentorship.
Key competencies include exceptional leadership and decision-making, IT proficiency, staff supervision, motivation, and community integration. Experience in person-centred planning, risk assessment, care planning, and leadership, mentoring, support, and supervision of staff is also essential.
This role requires travel between locations and participation in On-Call Roster. The successful candidate must demonstrate at least four years of managerial experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
