About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology and experience working with individuals who require behaviour support.
Job Description Fundamental Responsibilities: To undertake comprehensive Functional Assessments, ensuring accurate identification of individual needs.
To develop Multi Element Behaviour Support Plans (MEBSP) that promote positive outcomes and enhance quality of life for service users.
To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to integrate MEBSP into Individual Care Plans (ICPs), where applicable.
To review incidents on AIRS and ensure they inform Behaviour Support Plans, while maintaining open communication with staff teams as necessary.bsp; To ensure all Behaviour Support Plansareofthehighestqualityandcompliantwithallregulatorystandards,-style/traininginrelationtointerventionstrategiesandmonitoringmethods-MODEL-interventionandsupportstrategieswith Patientsensureanongoingfocuson CPDinalationtotprofessionalaccreditationandprofessionald Development Attend Caseload Supervisionwith Behaviour Specialist Manager.
