We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to lead a
warehouse / commercial construction project
based in
Shannon, Co Clare
.
This role offers the opportunity to manage a
large-scale commercial development
, while working with an ambitious and growing team delivering high-quality projects.
What You'll Do
Deliver projects
safely, on time, and within budget
Manage the project from
design phase through to final handover
Coordinate
site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
Track
project progress, budgets, and schedules
Report on
project performance and key milestones
Ensure compliance with
quality, safety, and engineering standards
Identify and resolve
project risks and issues
What We're Looking For
4–6 years' experience
in construction project management
Degree in
Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
(or relevant experience)
Strong
organisation and leadership skills
Experience delivering
commercial or warehouse construction projects
Experience managing
construction projects in Ireland
