Your Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end sales cycle—from initial enquiry to contract closure—for single machines and complete line solutions across industries such as pharma, food, and confectionery
* Conduct proactive outreach through cold and warm calls and emails, with a goal of engaging 20 new potential clients per month
* Develop and maintain a structured sales catalogue, promoting standard machinery offerings
* Expand client accounts by transitioning from single-unit to multi-site or multi-line deployments
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and product positioning
* Prepare commercial proposals and ensure quotations are accurate, complete, and strategically aligned
* Optimize customer experience by mapping and enhancing interactions with equipment and systems
* Lead pricing strategy efforts in collaboration with operational and technical stakeholders, testing value-based pricing models
* Facilitate internal alignment on sales strategies and customer solutions, ensuring stakeholder buy-in
* Collaborate with design and technical teams to ensure proposals reflect accurate specifications and costs
* Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing assets, including case studies and product overviews, to showcase technical solutions and client success
* Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, including delivering product presentations
* Maintain accurate sales data and metrics within the CRM to track lead conversion and pipeline performance
* Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients to support customer satisfaction and service excellence
* Provide market feedback to inform product development and commercial strategy
* Assist during key customer project phases such as Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and installations
Your Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales of robotic and packaging solutions, with strong technical and market understanding
* Demonstrated success in managing both existing client relationships and generating new leads through inbound channels
* Ability to analyze data and apply insights to guide strategic sales decisions
* Strong interest in industrial automation, robotics, and packaging technologies
* Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Skilled in active listening, persuasive presentation, and effective negotiation
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
