* They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those requirements.
* The role involves cultivating relationships with candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Matching candidates to client requirements, under the direction of the Team Lead.
2. Cultivating open, friendly, and communicative relationships with candidates.
3. Sourcing and planning community engagements and other in-person recruitment opportunities.
4. Liaising closely with Team Lead and stakeholders during the recruitment process.
5. Ensuring all candidates are fully compliant to company standards and mandatory requirements are met before placement.
6. Conducting in-person and virtual interviews with potential candidates.
7. Uploading candidate application details and related documents onto a customised CRM system.
8. Conducting phone and written reference checks for potential candidates.
9. Obtaining secure candidate bank details and informing the Payroll Team of new starters.
10. Organising distribution of candidate ID badges and uniforms.
11. Working closely with the Training Department to improve staff training bookings process and ensure demand is met for required training courses.
12. Assisting in system testing and reporting when necessary.
13. Providing regular updates and reports on candidate pipeline status.
14. Assisting with training new starters and acting as their Buddy during onboarding experience.
15. Performing other duties as directed by Team Lead.
