Senior Site Manager Limerick We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a well-established, progressive construction contractor delivering high-quality projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and controlled environments, including healthcare and pharmaceutical facilities.

The Role Based in Limerick City, the Senior Site Manager will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, and to the highest industry standards.
You will be a key figure on site, coordinating teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders while maintaining absolute focus on safety, quality, and programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities Ensuring a safe worksite at all times, with safety taking precedence over all other factors Managing site safety for both direct staff and subcontractors Reviewing drawings, plans, and specifications and supervising subcontractors across all stages of the project Planning, sequencing, and coordinating works to ensure strict programme deadlines are met Overseeing all quality control procedures and site inspections Resolving technical challenges in collaboration with Design Managers Managing RFIs and addressing technical queries with clients, consultants, and architects Chairing and attending project meetings, keeping stakeholders informed of progress Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, and quantity surveyors Full quality management and BCAR coordination on site Implementing energy management measures in line with project and company sustainability objectives Requirements 10+ years experience managing sites in healthcare, commercial, or residential construction Background with a main or specialist contractor preferred Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and project execution Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate site teams Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills Demonstrated competence in safety and quality management systems Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Project, or similar scheduling software Trade background welcomed Fluent English (written and spoken) essential Whats on Offer Opportunity to work with a highly respected construction contractor Long-term, secure pipeline of high-quality projects Strong investment in professional development and career progression Supportive, collaborative, and safety-first culture Competitive salary and benefits package
