Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees Help implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices Support projects related to learning & development, engagement, and performance management Assist in building a strong, positive company culture What We're Looking For: 2+ years' experience in a generalist HR role or similar HR environment CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law Proactive and organised with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels Someone with initiative and a genuine desire to shape how HR is done Why Join?
