Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Field Engineer at EcoVolt Ltd. The Technical Field Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, field service, and ensuring effective communication with customers.
Qualifications
* Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Field Service experience
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Knowledge of HVAC systems and heating technology
* Experience with product installations and maintenance
* Technical certification or degree in Engineering or related field
* Strong electrical experience and the ability to fault find
* Full Clean Irish Drivers Licence
* Current Safe Pass Certificate and Manual Handling Cert Holder
* Qualified to work on L.V systems
