* Main Responsibilities:
* Financial Reporting & Planning: Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts, lead the full month-end close process and ensure robust internal controls.
* Statutory Reporting & Compliance: Manage statutory accounts preparation, maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements and support tax compliance activities.
* Cashflow & Treasury Management: Develop accurate short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts, oversee group invoicing runs and monitor working capital and liquidity risks.
* Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide financial analysis to support informed business decisions.
* Team Leadership: Drive best practice, contribute to integration of new business units or acquisitions and foster a culture of excellence within the finance team.
