CPL Healthcare is recruiting a dedicated and experienced Social Care Leader to join a service supporting Separated Children Seeking International Protection (SCIP) in Piltown, Kilkenny.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of Social Care Workers in the delivery of care.
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children in care.
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the team and relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Promote the rights, wellbeing, and development of children at all times.
Support staff development and training to ensure high standards of care.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a social care or children's residential setting.
Full Manual Driving Licence (essential).
Eligible to register with CORU .
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and teamworking skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Salary: €42, – €46, per year, depending on experience.
