We are seeking a
Graduate Field Service Engineer/ Technical Service Specialist
to join our our clients core Diagnostics team.
This role is perfect for ambitious graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in technical service, maintenance, and customer support in the medical diagnostics sector.
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing
first-line technical service
to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Performing planned and predictive maintenance
on diagnostic instruments.
Assisting with
hardware and software updates
and documentation.
Supporting
installations and deinstallations
of medical equipment.
Working closely with lab staff and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Travelling within your service area to support clients.
What We're Looking For:
A
Bachelor's degree
in one of the following:
, Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering
, or
Electronic Engineering
or
Robotic
s a related field.
OR
A Trade Qualification
in
Electrical
OR
Mechanical
OR
Mechanics.
Strong
problem-solving and analytical skills
.
Excellent
communication skills
(both verbal and written).
A proactive mindset with a
customer-focused approach
.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Good computer skills and familiarity with analytical tools/software.
