Are you based in Ireland and ready to take your career international? We're looking for English-speaking Customer Operations Experts with experience in customer service, banking, financial services, or insurance gained specifically in Ireland to support a leading digital banking project from sunny Lisbon, Portugal.
This is more than just a customer service role its a chance to be part of a new generation of banking, helping users navigate everything from transactions and disputes to fraud and financial well-being.
What You'll Be Doing
* Support customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues on the first contact whenever possible
* Handle a variety of banking-related topics including fraud investigations, chargebacks, and complaints
* Work independently to resolve cases with fairness and care
* Identify and support vulnerable customers
* Provide peer coaching and help improve internal processes
* Adapt to new tools and systems in a fast-changing environment
Working hours:
* Schedule: 40 hours/week, rotating 24/7 shifts (8h/day + 1h break)
* Holidays: 22 working days per year + Portuguese public holidays (with compensatory days if worked)

Who Were Looking For
Must-Haves:
* Currently based in Ireland
* C1C2 level of English
* Minimum 12 months of experience in Customer Service, Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance gained in Ireland
* Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and professionalism
* Comfortable using tools like Slack and GSuite and learning new systems quickly
Nice to Have:
* Experience handling sensitive or regulated customer interactions
* Interest in fintech, digital banking, or customer experience excellence
