The Marketing & Customer Experience Executive plays a key role in promoting Omniplex Nutgrove and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable cinema experience. This role combines local marketing delivery, customer service excellence, and operational support, with a focus on driving the profile of the cinema within the local community. Working closely with the management team and the Omniplex Marketing team, the Executive will champion both the guest journey and the visibility of the cinema, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Omniplex's values.
Responsibilities:
Marketing
* Support the Omniplex Marketing team in delivering local marketing campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
* Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, schools, and community groups.
* Manage and create content for the cinema's social media accounts, ensuring activity aligns with Omniplex brand guidelines.
* Coordinate in-cinema promotions, competitions, and special events (e.g., premieres, kids' clubs, charity screenings).
* Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of local marketing initiatives.
Customer Experience
* Champion consistently excellent customer service across all guest touchpoints.
* Monitor and respond to customer feedback (online reviews, in-person, surveys).
* Support the cinema management team by coaching and supporting front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service.
* Work with the cinema management team to implement improvements to the customer journey.
Operations Support
* Provide hands-on support during peak times, special events, and high-demand screenings.
* Co-ordinating with Event Management for in-cinema events and premieres
* Assist in the smooth running of day-to-day cinema operations where required.
* Collaborate with the cinema management team to ensure standards and service levels are met at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar marketing, hospitality, or customer-facing role.
* Proven track record in supporting or leading teams to deliver results.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience using social media platforms and marketing tools.
* Knowledge of cinema or leisure industry an advantage
Working Hours:
* Part-time role: approximately 20–25 hours per week.
* Flexibility required: shifts may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* This is an on-site, customer-facing role.
