Your key duty will be to ensure an unparalleled service experience for our customers. This involves advising and supporting them, coordinating all customer service activities between the customer and specialist departments at headquarters.
The technical account manager is required to act as first point of contact for all post-SAT customer inquiries involving relevant departments at both site and head office levels.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Completed technical studies or equivalent knowledge.
Gained previous experience in customer-facing roles preferably within mechanical engineering.
