We are recruiting a Demi Chef de Partie/Commis Chef to cover all sections of the kitchen.
The Responsibilities
Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes.
Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
Preparing meat and fish.
Assisting with the management of health and safety.
Monitoring portion and waste control.
The Candidate
1-2 years experience in a similar role.
A working knowledge of HACCP.
High standards in food preparation and presentation.
Good command of spoken English.
Superb teamwork, time management and communication skills.
