We are seeking a Registered General Nurse to care for our elderly residents in a well-respected, multi-award-winning Nursing Home. The ideal candidate will have experience in caring for relevant client categories and knowledge of HIQA Standards.
Responsibilities:
* Care for residents, including ensuring accurate records and individualized Care Plans are maintained;
* Assess social and health care needs of new residents and maintain ongoing assessments;
* Participate in staff and resident meetings as required;
* Communicate effectively with residents, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team;
Requirements:
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
* Genuine interest in working with the relevant client group;
* Current registration with An Bord Altranais;
* Team player with 1st-level nurse experience;
* Experience or qualification in caring for relevant client categories.
