Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Parts Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, processing parts deliveries, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate records of stock levels and manage inventory effectively.
* Process parts deliveries, orders, and returns efficiently.
* Provide exceptional customer service to aftersales customers via phone and in person.
* Deliver products to trade customers promptly.
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
* Co-ordinate daily parts deliveries and promote accessories sales.
* Secure orders from existing and prospective customers.
* Perform general Warehouse duties as required.
