We are now looking for a talented Bar Manager to help lead our bar operation and create an exceptional beverage experience for our guests.
The Role
Reporting to and supporting the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, the Bar Manager will play a key leadership role in both the operational and people aspects of the venue.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and develop an exciting, imaginative beverage menu with a strong focus on cocktails and current market trends
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, including stock control, ordering, and achieving agreed beverage GP targets
* Identify recruitment needs and oversee the full hiring process for the bar team, including advertising, interviewing, on-boarding, and training
* Support the GM in implementing and reviewing business and personal objectives within the team
* Manage staff scheduling, absences, and replacements to ensure the bar is always appropriately staffed
* Ensure the highest standards of customer service are consistently delivered, creating a spectacular guest experience
* Act as Senior Manager on duty when required

About You
* Minimum of Two Years Experience in a similar Bar Manager or senior bar leadership role
* Strong cocktail knowledge and passion for beverage innovation
* Confident leader with excellent people management and organisational skills
* Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
