They have a track record in the Commercial, Residential, Education & Hospitality Sectors to name a few.They have been in business for over a decade, and can draw on a significant client book currently with a strong pipeline of work ahead of them.The Role:Our client is setting up a new Studio in Dublin in Q1 and looking to bring in someone to establish and manage this office in Dublin 6.This is seen as a strategic hire by the client and pivotal to their plans for growth. There is scope for equity in the business in the medium term for the right candidate.Suitable candidates should be comfortable display an aptitude for business development and client management, a capacity to grow and manage teams, and the ability to take responsibility for overallresource management within their area.Required Background:A relevant degree in Architecture or similarIdeally registered with the RIAI12+ years' experience in the industryThorough knowledge of the Irish marketPrior experience in Business Development & Client ManagementMust be able to convey accurate information to different stakeholders effectivelyMust have excellent communication skillsShould be comfortable reporting into the BoardThe Package:Excellent salary on offer, as well as extended Annual Leave, Pension, Profit-Sharing, Bonuses, Hybrid working, and the opportunity to grow into an Equity Partner in the business.
