**Project Manager (Delivery Lead)** (Contract)

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager (Delivery Lead) to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of key projects and programs involving multiple teams. In this pivotal role, you will partner with both business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning & Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of complex deliverables, ensuring timely delivery while managing stakeholder expectations.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate clear work objectives to business users, development teams, and other stakeholders at all levels. Build strong relationships to facilitate effective collaboration.
* Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing strategies to mitigate them and ensuring compliance with audit and operational standards.
* Testing Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure quality and compliance, providing end-to-end visibility into project health.
* Delivery in Regulated Environments: Demonstrate delivery experience in a regulated setting, maintaining adherence to Enterprise Change Management Standards.
* Financial & Resource Management: Oversee financial planning and resource allocation, ensuring projects remain within budget while meeting strategic objectives.
* Agile Methodologies: Utilize Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
* Collaboration Tools: Leverage work management and collaborative tools such as JIRA and Confluence to streamline project processes and communication.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in Project and Program Management within the financial services sector.
* Strong understanding of financial products, business processes, and relevant terminology.
* Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of managing diverse stakeholders and engaging internal teams and vendors.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Hands-on approach with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
* Pragmatic decision-making abilities, ensuring efficient problem-solving and execution of project objectives.
* Experience with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
