3. Data analysis: Interpret people-related information and data to inform decision-making.
4. Safeguarding enquiries: Contribute to safeguarding enquiries, ensuring the well-being of all individuals involved.
You will provide informal supervision, mentor students and apprentices, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
