Role/ Department: This is a pivotal role within the Transfer Agency (TA) Finance Team. Reporting to the TA Finance Projects and Change Management Manager. You will be responsible for leading any TA Finance related projects and co-ordination of any projects which impact TA Finance either regulatory, client instigated or NT internally instigated. The key responsibilities of the role include: Responsible for leading any assigned TA Finance projects and projects which have an impact on TA Finance from an operational perspective. Responsible for effective governance of any assigned projects, ensuring project plans are in place, issues and risks are tracked and regular communication of project status to TA Finance Management and other key stakeholders. Responsible for co-ordinating SME's and other contributors to assigned projects ensuring project deadlines are met. Ensure any changes to systems as a result of assigned projects are fully tested prior to implementation. Responsible for ensuring procedures are updated and TA Finance teams are informed and trained on any new processes as a result of assigned projects. Responsible for ensuring any new processes/change to existing processes introduced to TA Finance are considered from an efficiency and scalability perspective so growth can be absorbed without negative impact to the business. Responsible for analysing and assessing the risk of any new processes/changes to existing processes. Highlight risks and propose controls to mitigate to identified risks to TA Finance Management. Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of any assigned functional support tasks with the TA Finance Projects and Change Team. As a TA Finance SME, responsible for providing support to the TA Finance operations teams as required. Responsible for maintaining technical knowledge of TA Finance operations and how TA Finance operations relate to other TA operational areas.
