The Product Management Director plays a central role in shaping our signaling threat detection and security product strategy. This position leads the creation of a market leading portfolio, drives competitive differentiation and guides product development across Enea Network Security. The focus is simple: deliver products and services that win in the market and make a real impact for our customers. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer.
Responsibilities
Define the overarching product strategy using customer insights, market analysis, and business objectives.
Define and prioritize product requirements using customer needs, market analysis, and business objectives.
Own the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment between strategy, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver releases on schedule and within scope.
Monitor product technical and financial performance and customer feedback to guide iterations that improve user experience and commercial outcomes.
Represent the customer perspective in decision-making and ensure solutions meet key market needs.
Drive go-to-market alignment, supporting positioning, launch activities, and internal understanding of product value.
Oversee the full product lifecycle, identifying new opportunities and balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
Key Competencies
Product management: Clear product goals and concrete product plans, with a clear understanding of how to achieve them.
Deep knowledge in Signaling Networks and Security: 3GPP and Security attacks and protection techniques, including Artificial Intelligence.
Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer problems and prioritization of solutions that address real needs.
Strong Execution: Clear requirements, day‑to‑day progress and delivery on commitments.
Collaborative Approach: Effective cross‑functional work, alignment of priorities and removal of obstacles.
Analytical Mindset: Data‑driven, evidence‑based and structured thinking to inform decisions.
Clear Communication: Straightforward and compelling articulation of goals, progress and decisions to stakeholders.
Results Orientation: Consistent meeting of release targets and contribution to outcomes that strengthen business performance.
Education
Relevant third level qualification in business, engineering, telecommunications, or related field.
Additional training or certification in product management or agile methodologies is an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in product management or a similar role within B2B technology markets, preferably in telecom or network security.
Track record of working closely with telecom and enterprise customers and sales teams to understand complex technical and commercial requirements.
Experience translating customer and market needs into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and measurable results.
Strong technical background in networking and/or cybersecurity (technologies, ecosystem, etc.).
Background collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to support product delivery and go‑to‑market activities.
