About the Role

We are seeking a Concrete Scientist / R&D Materials Technologist to join an innovation-led organisation developing next-generation concrete and cementitious products. This is a research-focused role, centred on materials innovation, low-carbon solutions, and product commercialisation, rather than routine quality control.

The successful candidate will play a key role in innovation and design, testing, and scaling novel concrete materials, working from laboratory concept through to pilot trials and market-ready products. The role will also involve applying geological understanding of aggregates and raw materials to support material selection, performance optimisation, and sustainable sourcing strategies.
