 
        
        Liberty Recycling is a growing organisation based in Dublin 12. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day finance function. This is a standalone position, where you will work independently, reporting directly to management.
Responsibilities
 * Managing accounts payable and receivable (creditors, debtors, invoicing, payments).
 * Preparing and submitting ROS returns (VAT, PAYE, etc.).
 * Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate records.
 * Preparing monthly summaries and assisting management with reporting.
 * Acting as payroll backup (training provided)
 * Maintaining an organised filing system for all finance records.
 * Dealing with shipping agents for exports, ensuring documentation and payments are correct. (training provided)
About You
 * Minimum 3 years experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounts Administrator.
 * Strong knowledge of AP/AR, reconciliations, and ROS.
 * Extremely organised and detail-oriented, with excellent filing and record-keeping skills.
 * Able to work independently and report directly to management.
 * Accounting software experience (Sage, Xero, or similar).
 * Payroll knowledge an advantage (training will be provided).

 * Competitive salary: €40,000 €45,000 DOE
 * Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm (Friday 9:00am-5:00pm)
