In this role, you will develop relationships to grow and retain a panel of Corporate customers.We would love to hear from experienced candidates who wish to embark on an exciting new career with Brown & Brown Ireland.**What you will do:*** Provide a full insurance broking service to existing and new clients* Gain an in-depth understanding of clients' requirements and risk management strategies, and effectively communicate these to insurers* Lead negotiations for policy renewals and new business with Insurers, securing optimal terms, including for complex or challenging cases* Conduct thorough research and analysis to select appropriate markets and assist in designing insurance programmes tailored to client requirements* Offer subject matter expertise and recommendations on placement strategies, policy structures, and current market conditions, presenting findings to clients where required* Serve as the escalation point for resolving complex insurer queries* Ensure compliance with operational procedures* Build and sustain strong working relationships with insurers, seeking regular feedback on service**Knowledge, skills, and experience:*** 5-10 years’ broking experience with a good knowledge of commercial insurances product ranges including commercial property; employer’s & public liability; commercial fleet; or professional indemnity* Demonstrable experience in insurance broking or underwriting for commercial/corporate accounts* CIP or studying for ACII* Proven experience in relationship management, with an established network of broker and insurer contacts desirable* Ability to maintain clear communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.**What benefits do we offer?*** Market Competitive Salary and Attractive Bonus/Commission Structure* Active Sports & Social Club* Pension & Associated Benefits* Generous Parental Leave Policies* Stock Purchase Scheme* Insurance Exam Support Scheme (including paid study leave)* Hybrid Working Opportunities* Employee Assistance Programme* Onsite parking* A progressive and vibrant working environment.**What happens next?**We will review every application we receive.
