Employment Law Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Employment Law Professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your expertise in employment law and take on new challenges.
About the Role
This senior associate role involves providing expert advice on all aspects of employment law, including contentious and non-contentious matters. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives. Your expertise will also be required to assist with corporate immigration matters, such as work permits and trusted partner applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting and advising on employment contracts, handbooks, and policies;
* Providing guidance on compensation and benefits, including contractual terms, bonus schemes, and severance packages;
* Assisting with day-to-day HR procedures, including redundancies, disciplinary matters, and terminations;
* Managing contentious matters, such as injunctions and Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) hearings and mediations;
* Assisting with corporate due diligence, negotiation of warranties and indemnities, and completion deliverables;
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
* A minimum of 6+ years' experience in employment law;
* Strong technical and drafting skills;
* The ability to demonstrate clear communication skills with colleagues and clients;
* Leadership skills in working with junior members of the team.
