We are currently looking to recruit a Food & Beverage Duty ManagerThe RoleThe Food & Beverage (F&B) Duty Manager will oversee Lunch & Dinner service. This role requires a dynamic leader with a keen eye for detail, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to implement and maintain the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. The F&B Duty Manager will play a crucial role in training and developing the team, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of Lunch & Dinner service in the Bar & Restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.Implement and monitor the agreed standards of service and presentation, ensuring consistency across all F&B outlets.Ensure all food and beverages are served to the highest standard, with particular attention to quality, presentation, and timing.Lead by example, providing hands-on training and guidance to the F&B team, focusing on service standards, customer interaction, and product knowledge.Act as the main point of contact for guests during Lunch & Dinner service, ensuring awelcoming and attentive experience.Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.The Hotel:Situated in North Cork, on the Limerick boarder, Charleville Park is one of Cork's finest four-star hotels.
