* To be part of a team that individually as well as collectively fully understands company policy & procedure, and in turn creates a store of excellence both physically and online for the customer to shop in.
* Responsible for ensuring that all products are displayed to the company standard and that attention to detail is maintained at all times.
* Ensure that all new lines are merchandised on the shop floor and window promptly.
* Ensure all deliveries are unloaded, checked off and transferred to the sales floor quickly and efficiently and that all relevant paperwork and discrepancies are recorded on appropriate paperwork and filed away in the filing system for easy retrieval.
* As a key holder you are responsible for security of the staff, stock, and all company monies & premises, and must observe all company policies.
* Must have thorough knowledge of stock and all aspects of running the store from register operation to stock replenishment and petty cash purchases.
* Responsible for ensuring that all health and safety requirements (risk assessments) are carried out & maintained as in the company guidelines and that the store is operated as a safe working environment.
* Complete all appropriate paperwork and data analysis as required, working knowledge of spreadsheets is a requirement.

* Your profile:
* Previous retail/online management/supervisory experience. Experience working in the clothing sector. Exceptional people skills.
