Requirements
Proven expertise in Cisco UC platforms is necessary. Strong understanding of UC and VoIP technologies and protocols is also required. Hands-on experience with IP protocols and tools such as VLAN, HSRP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, E1, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF is essential.
