Quality ManagerDublin 11 - onsiteLincoln are working with a leading FMCG dsitributor to recruit a QA Manager on a full time, permanent basis in a low risk setting. This role reports to the MD and has direct responsibility of 6 Quality professionals.Responsibilities:Lead the QA & QC team, driving the highest standards of food safety and product quality.Ensure full compliance with BRC, HACCP, Organic Trust, and customer requirements.Manage and prepare for external audits (BRCGS, HSE, DAFM, and customer audits).Monitor supplier performance, addressing issues with effective corrective actions.Foster a strong culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across the site.Requirements:5+ years of QA Management experience (ideally within fresh produce or food manufacturing).Strong auditing expertise, preferably with BRC accreditation.Proven leadership ability, with experience leading QA/QC teams.Deep understanding of food safety, HACCP, and Irish regulatory requirements.Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.For more information, please contact Lee Doheny at Lincoln Recruitment.
