Role mission
Working in partnership with our client, the Designer will be taking design projects from brief to completion. You will be focused on print and digital creative.
THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF...
You are keen to work closely with the client and have a deep understanding of the complexities around working together with clients.
What you will be doing:
1. Create unique and impactful visual identities across print design
2. Develop ideas throughout print & digital campaigns
3. Manage multiple projects from concept to completion
4. Deep affinity with layout, typography and idea-generation
5. Strong conceptual design thinking for print and digital
6. Ability to work to tight timelines
7. Understand and adapt to current trends
8. Create alternate styles of typographical layouts
9. Presenting your work to clients and manage workloads within agreed timings
What you need to be great in this role:
10. A portfolio demonstrating your ideas through concept to delivery
11. You'll have a deep affinity with layout, typography and ideas-generation.
12. 3+ years design experience -Strong print and digital knowledge
13. Proficiency in Adobe CC suite applications including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
14. Motion graphics – simple video updates, using stock footage to create videos etc.
15. An ability to work creatively within brand guidelines
16. A detail-oriented critical thinker
17. A multi-tasker comfortable with working on various jobs at once
18. Strong communication and time management skills are a must
19. Highly organised individual with an eye for detail
20. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
21. Flexible, creative and enthusiastic
22. Work proactively under own initiative or as part of a design team
