We the Cusack Hotel Group are seeking an experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team on a temporary basis for our properties, Ardboyne Hotel, Castle Arch Hotel & Newgrange Hotel. The role will start part-time to allow for a smooth handover and onboarding period, before moving into full-time coverage for maternity leave .
You will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing activities, managing key client relationships, and driving campaigns that support revenue growth and brand visibility. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure momentum is maintained during the maternity leave period.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and execute sales and marketing strategy in line with business goals
* Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing deals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
* Plan, deliver, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
* Manage and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate reporting of sales and marketing metrics
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and timely project delivery
* Analyse campaign and sales performance, providing recommendations for optimisation
* Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings
Requirements
* Proven track record in sales and marketing management
* Strong leadership and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Experience in developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Mailchimp)
* Highly organised, adaptable, and results-focused
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
