Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HR professional to lead our company's human resources function. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-level HR services, ensuring alignment with our organisation's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees.
* Develop strong working relationships with managers and employees, providing advisory and coaching support in relation to the full employee lifecycle, employee relations, wellbeing, and other HR related matters.
* Work with managers and key stakeholders to build capability and enhance employee engagement.
* Act as a health and safety ambassador, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
* Deliver an effective and streamlined HR administration service.
* Analyse HR data, highlighting trends and prepare insightful reports to support with informed decision making.
* Support in the delivery of key projects and initiatives in line with the HR strategy and wider organisational objectives.
Requirements:
* Demonstrable experience in delivering a HR strategy, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, recognition, engagement and wellbeing.
* Previous experience of working in a similar industry.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively, building strong partnerships with employees across varying levels.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to gain the trust of stakeholders.
* Experience in delivering an accurate and effective HR administration function.
* Strong knowledge of employment law.
* Experience in HR data analysis and reporting.
