The Staff & Operations Manager will oversee the coordination of all clinic staff rosters, manage day-to-day clinic operations, and ensure that resources are in place to deliver high-quality patient care.
This role is central to ensuring smooth running of the business, aligning staff availability with patient demand, and supporting senior management in operational planning of the business.

Excellent communication and people management abilities.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple clinics and teams.
