Our client is a well-established and award-winning architectural practice in the west of Ireland. They have developed an impressive reputation for delivering cutting‑edge projects that blend sustainability with design excellence across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. They have a proven track record in creating exceptional buildings, offering services from master planning through to interior design, with a particular focus on sustainable and energy‑efficient solutions.
The Role:
Due to a significant pipeline of work, our client is looking to add a talented BIM Manager to its ranks. As BIM Manager, you’ll lead the implementation of BIM standards across the practice, ensuring consistent digital delivery from concept to construction and championing innovation aligned with ISO 19650. You’ll work closely with project teams, directors, and external consultants to streamline coordination and enhance digital workflows.
Required Background:
* 5+ years in a BIM leadership role, ideally in an architectural / AEC environment
* Proven track record in implementing ISO 19650 standards and managing BEPs
* Strong technical proficiency across Revit, Navisworks, and CDE (BIM 360 / ACC preferred)
* Skilled in mentoring and training design teams, assessing BIM competencies, and improving workflows
* Experience delivering projects through all stages, including coordination during construction
* Must have excellent communication skills
